Every aspect of our operation is designed to maintain high quality throughout. When you are working with a combination of CNC programmed machines designed to produce precisely accurate cut stone products time after time, and combine them with human artisanal input, you need to have a system that marries the two elements in order to achieve flawless quality. Here are 4 ways that we do that: 

MEETING DEADLINES

We meet our deadlines, period. When the drawing is finalized, we set a rigid production schedule that delivers on time, all the time.

FINISHING & PACKING

Our packers are trained to examine the project drawings to make sure that everything fits and is finished properly before it is packed. All components are assembled, touched up, sanded and refinished again just before they are packed to ensure a perfect fit.

CODING PRODUCTS

Even if you have multiple products that are identical, and because much of the work involves hand carving, there will be almost imperceptible variations in products. While this is acceptable for some, it is not for us. When we assemble a piece for final fit and finish, we also numerically code the assembled pieces so that they can be assembled for a perfect fit and finish. Numerical coding will save a great deal of time, money and on site labour costs in the installation process.

JOB SITE SUPERVISION

We send employees to our customer’s job site (at our expense) to make sure that the builder installs the stone properly in order to ensure the integrity of the quality of our products.
